MATRIX top concern is its customers satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your system under the following terms and conditions:
The client receive a special approval for a 30-day trial period (at ordering stage) – if the client return the system within 30 days of delivery he will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping expenses.
Regular sale, returns within 30 days from delivery – the client will receive refund of the purchase price minus the shipping expenses, installation, handling and 25% restocking fee.
NOTES
- All systems and items must be returned in new condition, in original boxes with all the parts and accessories.
- All returns must receive the company’s approval prior shipping.
- A refund will be applied after the return system has been accepted and tested.
